Q. Who can use my Gold Points?
A. Only the card owner is allowed to use the value on the card. Cards are not transferable.

Q. What happens to Gold Points in my account at the end of each semester?
A. The money on the account remains available for your entire SJSU tenure. However, accounts having no activity for two years
are subject to imposition of a $1.00/month service fee

Q. What should I do if my SJSU ID card is lost/stolen?
A. If your SJSU ID Card is lost or stolen you should contact the Gold Points office immediately to have your account placed on
hold to avoid unauthorized use. Further you need to visit Student Services to be issued a new SJSU ID Card. Afterward you will
also need to visit the Gold Points office to have your new card activated. Only the new card can be used to access your account.

Q. Who should I contact if I encounter a problem with my card?
A. If you encounter problems with your card you should:
•  Visit the Spartan Shops Gold Points Office in MacQuarrie Hall
or
