The Spartan Gold Points Plan, all forms, records and transcripts of its use are the property of Spartan Shops, Inc. Participation in the
Spartan Gold Points Plan may be revoked at any time.
All sales transactions charged to the Customer's account through the use of Spartan Gold Points are final at the point and time of the sale.
The customer is responsible for observing the transaction amount charged to his/her account at the point and time of sale and the
customer is responsible for monitoring his/her own account balance.
Account balance statements are available through the Spartan Shops Dining Service Administration Office in the Cafeteria building on a
special request basis only. A charge may be required for frequent inquiry requests.
Accounts may be closed and a refund of the unused balance requested as follows:
All refunds will be subject to a service charge of $15.00. This fee will be deducted from the customer's account balance prior to the
issuance of the refund.
All refunds will be by check and will be available at the Spartan Shops Dining Service Administration Office or mailed as requested
by the Customer, within ten working days from the day of the refund request.
