At The Commons, we believe that great tasting food comes from the care we put into it. That’s why we have a team of certified Chefs that create recipes from scratch, inspired by flavors from around the world. We take pride in using local, antibiotic and hormone-free chicken in our dishes, free-range, antibiotic and hormone-free beef in our burgers, and sustainably caught seafood in our specials. We use fresh and local produce in all of our recipes, cage-free eggs for our breakfast options, and provide a wide variety of vegetarian options.
We value sustainable practices and work hard to create a smaller environmental footprint by using reusable and biodegradable bamboo dishware and composting our kitchen food scraps. We believe that our customers deserve the best, and that is why we integrate environmental responsibility into our food sourcing, practices, and products we purchase to provide a more sustainable environment at The Commons.
If you are applying to live on-campus, you will select your meal plan during the housing application process and will be billed along with your rent; you do not need to purchase a meal plan through Spartan Shops.
