Spartan Shops Real Estate Division has been directed by San Jose State University to develop, oversee and coordinate a
strategy for real estate development and management. Spartan Shops is responsible for the development of faculty and
staff housing opportunities in both the rental and ownership markets. The Real Estate Division assesses real estate
acquisition opportunities as needed. University real estate projects are linked with community projects to help foster and
expand the town grown relationship.
